All pet waste must be removed from the wash area and surrounding areas prior to arrival.

WNY Pressure Wash is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose siding, brittle materials, failing paint, oxidation, defective construction, or improperly sealed surfaces.
4. Water & Power Usage
Client authorizes the use of on-site water and electricity necessary to complete services.
5. Scheduling, Weather & Delays
Service dates are approximate and subject to change due to weather, equipment issues, safety conditions, or access limitations. The Company is not liable for delays beyond its control.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated in writing.
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, ACH, and approved electronic invoices.
7. Roof Treatment Warranty
Roof treatment includes a 90-Day Treatment Period.
This period allows sufficient time for algae, moss, lichen, and organic growth to fully die off following application. Visual improvement occurs gradually and is considered complete at the end of this period.
This warranty does not guarantee prevention of future growth beyond the treatment period.
8. Underlying Stains & Latent Conditions
WNY Pressure Wash will make every reasonable effort to remove stains and discoloration. The Company is not responsible for, pre-existing stains, black streaks, oxidation, naturally occurring discoloration, or other latent conditions not visible or disclosed during estimate preparation.
If such conditions are discovered during service, Client will be notified. Additional work will require a signed Change Order before proceeding.
9. Caulking, Mortar & Expansion Joints
Properly installed caulking, mortar, expansion joints, and glazing will not be damaged by our process.
If deteriorated, loose, or improperly installed, these materials may dislodge during cleaning. Any structural defects observed will be documented.
10. Doors & Window Leakage
WNY Pressure Wash is not liable for water intrusion resulting from deteriorated caulking, failed seals, structural deficiencies, or failure to complete proper site preparation.
Rinse cleaning of windows and doors improves appearance but is not equivalent to professional window washing. We recommend scheduling window cleaning after service completion.
11. Outdoor Electrical Components
Although care is taken to avoid direct spray, incidental moisture exposure to outdoor electrical components is unavoidable. This includes outlets, breaker boxes, lighting, security equipment, cameras, and entry systems. Client assumes responsibility for pre-existing vulnerabilities.
12. Personal Property & Overspray
Client must remove all personal property from driveways, patios, porches, balconies, and adjacent work areas.
Any claims by tenants or third parties remain the responsibility of the Client.
13. Power Line Hazard
When electrical lines are nearby or attached, hazards exist. WNY Pressure Wash will operate safely.
If electrical service must be interrupted, Client agrees to arrange and pay for such interruption.
14. Photos & Marketing
Client grants permission for the Company to photograph or record the property before and after service for documentation and marketing unless otherwise requested in writing.
15. Limitations of Liability
The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, oxidation, failing materials, structural defects, or hidden conditions.
Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service performed.
16. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling, approving, or allowing services to be performed, Client agrees to these Terms of Service in full.
