Do I need to be home when your technicians are pressure washing?

We prefer you to be home, but it's really not necessary. Typically, after we finish your service, our lead wash technician will do a final walk-around with the homeowner. If you are not home we still double-check our work and recommend you call us with any questions the same day, if possible.

Do you supply the water or do you use the our water?

Yes, we bring water with us, but depending on the condition of the surface, surface size, and wash duration, we most likely will need to connect to your water source to rinse and finish.
